Control Data Systems

The Physisch Laboratorium TNO, predecessor of the TNO Physics and Electronics Laboratory (predecessor of the current TNO Defence, Security and Safety location The Hague/Waalsdorp, used various Control Data Corporation (CDC) systems as well as systems of other brands for their main computational efforts during the period 1970 - 1990.
This computer history section contains technical aspects (based upon recollections by operators and system programmers) of these systems as well as on photographs and old documentation.
